At Cochran & Mann, the community we serve is important to all of us. We are always looking for ways to give back to our community members whether it's financial, material, or by donating our time. In May of 2019, Mike Cochran, president, and Charlie Dukes, superintendent, in partnership with Davis Construction, visited 1215 Fairmont Street to help to donate their time and materials to help prepare the newest addition of the Samaritan Inn. The mission of the Samaritan Inn is "to provide structured housing and recovering services in an environment of support and accountability that give homeless or at-risk individuals who suffer from drug and alcohol addictions the opportunity to rebuild their lives." The Samaritan Inn launched a new program at this building called the "Transitional Living Program" that will provide housing, along with rigorous treatment services and life skills training for 50 men each year.
